If it's hitting, you'll hear the noise all the time. Our cars have a fixed caliper, therefore the caliper is always in the same spot and never moves. Just installed new 14 inch tires with steel rims The rims where already on the tires and the bolt pattern is the same so I just installed them. Yes definitely used a clutch alignment tool, didn’t take any short cuts there. After playing with it a bit more the shaft slightly turned. But wasn’t easy. I'm about to reinstall my transmission after a clutch change I have a spray of white lithium grease and i was wondering if the the spray or the tub would make a any difference for the idler bearing release fork?

Arctic I just looked at a diff site and even a diff manufacture has the same wheel for all models So you are right!! http://www.racepages.com/parts/flywheel/subaru.html I think I'm going to get it.
