went with a fmic, don't really want the vent up there... trying to be invisible to the 5-0

can trade for turbo hood currently on car. (white w/ black vent. usual wear)

must be in san diego area.

if you;re talking to me... i baught it with the after market intake installed. i've been looking for a stocker.

and yes the fmic will fix your problems... mine did. the return side is cold to the touch.

I hate that they are called "Twin" they arent. They are sequential.

and that price is crazy good.

Idle air control valve (IACV). It's located on the passenger side of the throttle body. Remove it, clean the hell out of it with carb cleaner, and put it back on. Be sure to mark the location of the solenoid somehow prior to removing it because you'll want to be able to put it back exactly the same...

forget dual intercooling... it would only create more lag. if you want cooler intake temps. spray your ic with water... or if you;re loaded. get some co2 or nos for it. take a look around... http://images.google.com/images?q=co2%20intercooler&rls=com.microsoft:en-us:IE-Address&ie=UTF-8&o...

imo stock air boxes are fine. just throw in an ams oil filter...

most cones ie k&n are crap for filtration.

i forgot to remove the grounding strap on top of the tranny... kinda stupid. had to re crimp an end on it.

fluid will leak out when you pull the rear drive shaft... so DRAIN it FIRST.

thanks guys i'll be pulling the tranny tomorrow am. anyone know any shops in the san diego area that can be trusted.

ill probably have someone rebuild it for me once it's pulled. save some labor$$$

crunchy tranny? died in 2nd. 5mt.

93 legacy wagon. 20G turbo. 5mt. awd. right hand turn from a stop. hard pull through 1st shifted to 2nd, gave it gas and it went crunch. with the car in neutrial and the clutch engaged. i get a curnchy noise. and a speratic heavy load on the motor. if i depress the clutch pedal. the noise goes away ...
