legacycentral bbs

Hi just got my first legacy. its a 99 L. the previous owner for some reason had the fog lights pointed up... way up... in the trees. anyways i need to adjust them but dind't see any adjustment screws. just wanted to see how you do this. also wanted to see if anyone has rewired their fog light switch...

Looking to find out what mods can be done to this. Its a 99 legacy L with the normal 2.2. Is there somewhere that outlines everything that is needed and what you do to turbo this? would like to know everything that is required. are there any other good mods to increase performance. not looking to do...
