Here's a pic of the spots:

My car spent the spring parked so it got a bunch of buds, leaves and what not on it and when I tried to wash them off, they took the paint with them.

So what should I do to touch those spots up?

I was thinking of sanding it down and then using Ospho to get rid of the rust and then paint over it ...

96 models don't have it either, to do a manual override you have to take the shifter cover off and stick a screw driver in there..

In the NASIOC post, he said that he wasn't sure whether it applies to earlier gen Legacy's.

...so has anyone found this issue with 91 Legacy's? I was just considering doing a de-snorkus on mine and now I'm not sure whether it would that great of an idea.

Do you have the center compartment that goes underneath the radio ...I'm looking for the 3" one.

yeah some pics would be nice. ...I'd be especially interested in how you ran the wires through the car to your amp and such and how you mounted the amps.

Searching around the forum I found some short paragraphs on how to paint the chrom door handles ...but I'm still kind of not sure how to do it.

So I have to take the chrom off with sand paper? and then there was some talk about using some etching material or something?

Also is it possible to take ...

Thanks for the help. I have another question though, where should I route the power cable through the car? Because it seems like the bottom trim panels don't want to come off? ..are there hidden screws in them?

I'm not sure what year you wanted, but this is a 91 Legacy Wagon instrument panel.

I have a 91 Legacy Wagon, and I'm in the process of installing an amp but I could find any places to run the power wire from the battery through the firewall.

Are there any places where the wiring goes through the firewall that I could stick the amp wire through?

And if it comes down to drilling ...
