Unfortunately if your 90* elbow is bad there is nowhere to find one. Maybe Canada. US stock is depleted. Good news is you could build one from parts from siliconeintakes.com. You can buy a 90* elbow and a reducer, then add some ports.

The one I linked is the perfect size and needs no trimming to fit. At least it didn't when I did a test fit. I haven't gotten around to installing mine yet.

I can measure mine and let you know the length if you can't find the dimensions of the one I linked.

This is good info! I am thinking 25D or 20G heads are in my future. I can find 25D heads all the time at the junkyard so if I can just get the cams reground by WEB that would be pretty cool. I've used OEM EJ25D gaskets on a 22T/205 hybrid and it matched up very well with the coolant passages of the 205 heads and 22T block. Wonder if the OP could use them for this build.
