WTB - 440 cc Grey Top side feeds
I need some 440 cc grey top side feed fuel injectors. I only need two but I can buy a whole set if needed. I bought some recently but two were cracked and they guy is supposed to replace them but flaked out on me so I kinda got screwed. Let me know what you have and how much you want, otherwise I'll...

Acceleration without pressing gas - high idle - FIXED!
My 93 Turbo legacy was accelerating on it's own without pressing the gas pedal. My wife called me and told me the car was possessed. She had to use the brakes to keep it from going too fast and had a scary time getting it home with our two dogs. In park it would idle up to 5k and keep climbing. I th...

Re: subaru legacy turbo coffee cup mod WTB
Unfortunately if your 90* elbow is bad there is nowhere to find one. Maybe Canada. US stock is depleted. Good news is you could build one from parts from siliconeintakes.com. You can buy a 90* elbow and a reducer, then add some ports.

Re: subaru legacy turbo coffee cup mod WTB
The one I linked is the perfect size and needs no trimming to fit. At least it didn't when I did a test fit. I haven't gotten around to installing mine yet.
I can measure mine and let you know the length if you can't find the dimensions of the one I linked.

I had some tabs bust off my second gen rear glass. I bought some conductive defroster tab glue. Worked great: https://www.amazon.com/Permatex-21351-E ... B000HBGKWE

Can you modify an NA harness? If so I could find one at the junkyard when I'm on break in a week or two.

Re: subaru legacy turbo coffee cup mod WTB
You are going to have to make one. I don't think there ever was a commercial coffee can available. However, I found a 3" x 2.5" adapter that is perfect for making one. Mine is a Nickson Exhaust adapter Part number 17571. You can find them at a lot of places: https://www.autozone.com/emissi...

I'll keep my eye out at the junkyards. Mine came off and I stuck it in the glovebox. I figured it would be easy to find a new one if I lost it but now I'm going to check if it's still there!

Re: Cam options for 25D heads
This is good info! I am thinking 25D or 20G heads are in my future. I can find 25D heads all the time at the junkyard so if I can just get the cams reground by WEB that would be pretty cool. Also good to know the stock 25D cams are pretty impressive. I've read through some 25D conversion threads but...

I've used OEM EJ25D gaskets on a 22T/205 hybrid and it matched up very well with the coolant passages of the 205 heads and 22T block. Wonder if the OP could use them for this build.

Still have these? I wouldn't mind seeing if they are in better shape than mine. My wife is insane and won't let me swap in a set of mint bugeye seats.

I pulled this off my bugeye when I swapped in a JDM scoop and GS splitter.
Not the greatest pics. I can get better ones if needed.

Re: Phase II 4eat swaps?
Ah, Ok. I assumed that phase II transmissions were in cars with phase II engines. So are the 2nd gen phase I transmissions plug and play? Any idea what is involved to swap one in? I'm still hoping to find a VTD JDM TCU or find out any info about swapping in a phase II transmission. I just wish my wi...

I might have a complete set. I can look around if you are interested. The haven't been cleaned or flow tested though.

Phase II 4eat swaps?
I am just researching more options for 4EAT swaps into my 93 SS. Currently the stock 4EAT works fine after swapping in an NA TCU, but since the 4EAT has about 180k I am looking for swap info in case I have to replace it. I saw a post where bcmmaxx swapped in a 97 OB 4EAT. What later (phase II) trans...

I think I'll go the robtune route. So much less work than the harness merge.
Thanks!

I bet I could find most of that stuff at the junkyards out here. I'm busy with work and school but I could probably help you out. I like going to the junkyard so if you are patient I can grab some stuff next time I go out. Send me a pm.

Are Robtunes still available?
I noticed Rob's website is no longer available. I sent him a pm on here and I know he can take a while to get back to you. Does anyone know if he is still offering Robtunes? I want to do an engine swap and get more power out of my SS in the next year or so and I am trying to plan what route I am goi...
