At 60-70mph the noise gets even louder when I let off the gas/throttle, I'm guessing is the driveshaft that is making the noise. But when I'm on the throttle it does not make any noise, it seemed like magically dissapears :roll: I just recently had all the fluids replaced as well! anymore ideas what...

I have a '97 outback AWD, I noticed that everytime I let off the gas at 40+mph I hear some kind of whistling/humming noise but when I got on the throttle it immediately disappears. Seemed to me the sound coming from the back. Anybody have any idea what the cause of this ? any help would be appreciat...

I guess my next step I'm gonna torch the dang thing, what areas of the knuckle hub or axle should I torch it? I'm thinking the center of the knuckle hub where the axle is sticking out. And maybe I should get a bigger hammer, since I already mushroom the end of the axle anyways hehe

Hey guys, I have a '94 legacy wagon & I found out my driver side cv boots got torned out, so I decided to get a used axles. And now I'm having problems getting the axles to pop out the center wheel hub, I have hammered the dang thing until I gave up. The other connection from the tranny pops out...
