i was thinking the heater core line was going to be the one just was hoping not. I tapped into the iac and tb and it didnt work at all. so which hose is usually the return line? lol

Ok i didnt know which section to put this in but i hope this is right. I have a ej22t in my 98 impreza, i am not running a water box and im trying to hook up my coolant lines for the turbo. I have the factory port off the head as the feed, but where can i return it to? Please let me know asap thanks!

Motor is out, and result is that it was the rear main seal, its pushed in considerably far, so going to get a pick tomorrow from work to fish out the old seal. New one arrived today. rear main seal was replaced, and i used anarobic sealant around the plate behind the flywheel. Well after searching around i found the breather vent under the intake manifold was extremely loose like i pulled on the hose (which wasnt attatched to anything) and the elbow popped right out. So im hoping thats all the problem was.

well got it figured out, it was just a stupid mistake on my part, when i pushed the wrist pin through i didnt notice that the rod had fallen off to one side, so when i pushed the wrist pin through it jammed the rod into the side of the piston causing no rotation and rod bolt to hit the block.
