just finished 5 speed swap on my 94 tleg and my check engine light is on I ran the codes and im getting 22(knock sensor) and 51(neutral switch) I replaced the knock sensor and redid the wiring and im still in limp mode I have tried a number of thing to clear my codes nothing is working. any ideas on...

The wires run into a black connector on top of the transmission. When the wire is unplugged the power light flashes during start up. When the wire is plugged in the power light does not flash during start up.
