hey are you painting the whole car or just parts? I have been slowly painting parts that i replace for the sake of rust prevention and using parts store ceramic engine paint and it seems to be the most durable of anything i found. The two shafts are fused, i started with a dremel but stopped when i realized i would never be able to get in to the other side. That is helpful though thanks for the pics. Ghetto shifter fix???
So I know I can fix my shifter linkage the right way but heres the problem.... I have dissassembled everything a couple times and the shaft is stuck to the tranny. I haVE TRIED HEAT, PB LUBE, AIR HAMMER, ETC Nothing will get this thing off. A couple questions I have and ghetto slutions are as follow...
