Faaaack it went off again yesterday when I popped the hood... I guess I actually will pull the relay out and have a look at it.

Re: Boost is not consistent
I purchased an mbc online a couple days ago, so ill wait to get that in the mail, in the meantime I'm going to replace the vacuum lines between the turbo and the bcs. While doing that I'll try putting some seafoam into the solenoid to see if that loosens something up.

Re: Mysterious Horn Issue
I still have not found time to look at the relay, but I reconnected the horns today and they aren't going off anymore so I'm just going to hope the issue fixed itself. I will still take a look at the relay in the future or if the horns go off again. For now it seems to be fine, and I see nothing els...

Re: Mysterious Horn Issue
I just did a bit of reading, and I found out about this horn relay. Depending on how its wired, I guess if the coil in the relay just so happened to die randomly that could set the horn off but seems unlikely. Ill have to check it out when I get home.

Mysterious Horn Issue
Woke up this morning at 7am to my horn continuously going off... not impressed. I went into the garage and disconnected my battery and went back to bed. So I got up at 7:30 and went out to the car to check out the situation. I put the battery terminal back on and instant screaming, so I took the ter...

Re: Boost is not consistent
So I reset the ecu yesterday and drove into the city for a movie, car was driving much better than usual so I was pleased. 1st through third felt normal, but fouth was still sluggish, and fifth basically still had the problem, but if I got the car up to a certain rpm then the boost levels would rise...

Re: Boost is not consistent
I did not reset it, I was in a rush and thought it would just re learn anyway, but I guess I will reset it tonight. Can I just unplug the battery to reset it, or is there a benefit to using the connectors under the dash? Also, if I reset it and its immediately back to normal then that should mean it...

Re: Front End Shaking/Clunking
Well the shaking is gone which is very nice! But the clunking is still there. I'm almost certain that its the axle, Ill have to take a closer look at the boot next time I pull the tire off.
Thanks for the replay Scruff_

Re: Boost is not consistent
Drove into the city today, car felt good in town before I hit the highway, the second I "pulled" on/onto the highway I could feel that the car was doing its low boost thing, anyway, I went into the city, drove around for a while, had food, then I started driving home, while in the city the...

Re: Front End Shaking/Clunking
So I replaced the front left (driver) strut yesterday night, haven't test driven yet but when I was replacing it I was feeling around in there if you know what I mean hehe, the ball joint felt good, bushings looked and felt fine, but the axle seems to have some play.. I know its supposed to be able ...

Re: Boost is not consistent
Also on the note of the coffee cup mod, do I really need to connect the bottom line? The one that comes of the bottom of the BCS, it was semi cracked off the old intake anyway. I just have it hanging right now, but it wouldn't be hard to hook it up if you guys think I should. Hi, This line is part ...

Re: Boost is not consistent
I'm a bit disappointed I have no reply yet :P but I've been doing more reading and had a new experience yesterday. Lately my eyes have been practically glued to my boost gauge while on the highway trying to pin point this boost issue, and I noticed that after I had been driving about 110km/h for a f...

Boost is not consistent
I always feel bad creating new topics but I've been doing a ton of reading on here and over on NASIOC and I still have not found an answer/solution to my problem. Basically my 92 Legacy Turbo is not hitting full boost all the time, lately (being since Wednesday, today is Friday) when I'm on the high...

Front End Shaking/Clunking
Ive got an issue with my 91 legacy's steering. its been frustrating me since i bought the car (about 2 months ago). Basically when i hit certain bumps, it feels like my wheel is wobbling. It does not happen on every bump, just bigger ones, seems like the bigger the bump the worse the wobble. i thoug...
