I checked the EGI unit AT unit (#14) it is there and not blown. I have a idle issue that i can't locate. Any way to use a analog voltmeter or a led light to pull the codes with?

My check engine light is not working. I have checked, swapped out the bulbs. That did not work. I changed out the gauge cluster hoping that was the problem but no luck. Hello I have a 1992 legacy L wagon 2.2l all wheel drive 5 speed. I have replaced the spark plugs, plug wires, ignition coil, and the iacv.
