cooling system hose replacement package??

Post by tonflo »

Does anyone know of a dealer or aftermarket source for all the engine cooling hoses? Not just the radiator ones but all the smaller ones with the odd bends that live on the engine itself? I figure it must be cheaper to buy the whole bunch as a group than to buy a bunch of individual hoses. My car is 11 model yrs old and will be 10yrs old to me this Aug. (bought it new as a leftover in Aug. '95), so they probably are getting rotten on the inside. Cheap insurance I figure. Thanks if anyone knows a place.

I don't know a place to buy all of the factory molded hoses in a package..

You can use standard heater hose, and replace the radiator hoses. Or you can just order the molded hoses, and the radiator hoses seperately.

There aren't that many hoses really. I think the upper and lower hoses from pepboys would cost like $22 bucks total. The other molded hoses shouldn't run more than 30 or so for all of them.
