Jim, either Laurel or myself can get you the part # and dimensions from the GM heater core we installed on Laurel's car. It's a near perfect fit, and needed no modifications, other than shortening the connecting necks for the hoses.

We figure there's maybe a day left of install on her car, now. And we'll not have to take off the bumper again. Just the grille and the driver's side headlight need removing to run the water lines from the radiator (heater core). :)

yes, hand job. Bead blasted them at work and was going to have them powder coated but ran out of patience, so I rattle canned 4 coats of dupli-color wheel paint.
It turned out better than I expected

sorry Jake can't help ya there, kinda got funny looks when I was doing it even know it was lunch at the time, it's just that when most people do personal stuff it's alot smaller projects ( if ya know what I mean) so it's kinda no big deal. But if you get a hold of Ken's powder coating out in your neck of the woods he's about as cheap as you get for the whole shabang.
Give him a call 253-847-9431
he's done a ton of stuff for me; bike frames, forks, racks, wheels, etc.

LOL, but seriously those look great. I used the same paint on my stock turbo wheels a while back and it works pretty good for a spray can.
