How long have you had your Legacy?

Post by jamal »

I got my new registration sticker in the mail a few weeks ago, and realized that I've had my car for just over five years now. It had 92,000 miles when we got it, and now I'm getting close to 150k. Just thought I'd see how long everyone else has had their car.

I will have had mine for 10 years on April 5th or so.....and in that time I've put just about 100k miles on it.

It's definitely undergone a HUGE transformation

Since September 1998. Went from 107K to 255+.

1 year, 1 month exactly.

I've put 20k on it in that time, and I've put 60 more HP and 70lbft more to the wheels than it came stock with at the flywheel.

I had ( :( ) mine for three years. My previous cars only made it five months and one year. I didn't drive it for 10mo of those three years and put 70K on it, the "commute" from very north and east ND to CO is pretty killer. And now I have an Impreza, but Leg's far from suck...I just couldn't afford an 05 Leg.

"Legacies suck" is the best thing I could come up with for a comedy option. Maybe it should have been "I drive an EVO."

NE North Dakota... Grand Forks? My mom is from Mayville and went to UND. I get to go out there all the time to visit grandparents and such. So boring. A fun and exciting day consists of going to a mall in either Fargo or GF.

I've done the 1250mi Montana to LA drive a few times now (5 one-way trips). Since August I've driven 8000 miles.

Mom and Dad bought it new in 93, I was in the back seat for the test drive. I probably have attended 100,000 of the 258,000 miles on it now, and put about the last 12,000 on it myself.

Dear mod who changed my poll,

You're talk of excrement and erections has deeply offended me. Please think of the feelings you'll hurt and the people you'll offend in the future.

66k miles! >.<! That's what happens when you give a car to a little old lady in California!

And the running it into the ground part comes from giving it to her crazy Suby-nut grandson in NY. XD

Mine's had my name on it since last year (my uncle got it for free because of a blown engine and no rear windshield), and been in my name since the end of January, and if it passes state inspection tomorrow morning, it'll finally be in my posession.
