AWD/FWD switch
is the anyway to make my car FWD by flipping a switch(tapping into the FWD fuse holder in the engine bay?)

yes....you can do that.....however you're not really gaining anything by doing that.

someone had a post about this and they wanted to make it a part of the e-brake handle and have it triggered by the switch that triggers the idiot light when you pull it up. try searching i can't remember who it was but somehow i get the feeling it was ciper?
the other bonus is in the winter! i came from fwd car and a rwd truck into an AWD car! it's so tempting to want to crank the e-brake and rally slide but oh soooo har on the drive train!

I've done this! haha- i guess it's a big load on the car's fuses, but it's quick and only in FWD for a couple seconds.
i wired up a relay to the Brake light., and the FWD fuse. i brought wires into the car from the fuse and a 10a fuse.. Works Beautifully!!! goes into fwd before one click of the brake
. use in winter only though (disclaimer, lol) my 4eat doesn't like nuetral drops

What I suggested to magicmike didn't involve a relay but I suspect was functionally equivalent to what StartRestart did:

I don't know if he ever tried it.
