Torque bind

Ok, i know this has been discussed probably to many times, but i have searched and searched, but can not find what i need to replace to get rid of the torque bind. Do i need to replace the center diff.? Help me out here. Oh and i have a '92 legacy wagon N/A.

the clutch pack in the center diff.

have you changed the fluid yet?

try the amsoil synthetic ATF it helps.

I thought that the higher mileage subaru trannys didnt like the synthetics? I have 186k.

mine has 240,000 and my sub tech said it would be ok. but if i were you i would look into it more myself.

the new subaru ATF is pretty good too.
