As for legacycontinues.. well, dood, you have this knack for pushing people's buttons, and, incredibly well, I may add. I've had to learn to put a BS filter betwixt my mouth and brain, so what's stopping you?
WHERE is the turbo?

Dood, IMO, if you can't find the turbo, you have no business being under the hood, or even driving it. But that's just me being elitist.
I'm all for educating him, but perhaps this guy needs some hands-on attention. (I won't do it.

so let it be written, so let it be done.
And come on, at some point earlier in our car-modifying hobbies we were there... The interested amateurs learn best from the experienced hobbyists, and the cycle of life thus continues. Or something like that. Whatever.
A K&N panel air filter and the coffee mug are two good starter mods for this car. Good luck crappyrice!

but am i net suppesed to hear a woooshhh sound then?vrg3 wrote:Yes. It recirculates back into the intake. It's mounted to the underside of that plastic pipe at the rear middle of the engine bay that goes between the turbo and the throttle body.
cause all i hear is the wistle when i push the trittle, but when i take my foot off the throttle, i gont hear anything, is it mabye cause there is not enough pressure buildup, or is it becasue something is wrong?

The intake was designed to muffle the sound, which is fairly quiet to begin with since it's a recirculating valve and boost pressure isn't very high. If you listen very very very very carefully you might hear it.
