well, it's come down to it, how much is involved in changing the headgasket on ej22t? i've changed the waterpump and timing belt on n/a ej22, should i tackle it or not? i know there'll be special tools involved but i'm willing to buy whatever i need to do the job right. how much money am i looking at on parts and specialty tools? how bout a list of what i'll need to buy. i'm thinking timing belt, head bolts, waterpump, oil pump, headgaskets, valve cover gaskets, anything else i left out? thanks everyone your help is much appreciated.

As I recall you are going to need *I think* a 14mm 12 point socket for the head bolts and a damn big breaker bar.
