diagnostic codes grey import legacy GT

Hi, I have a 1994 legacy gt auto estate, imported into the UK from Japan. It is the twin turbo version. Because it is a "grey import", getting faults diagnosed is a real problem. I am getting 6 short 6 long 1 long 2 short flashes when checking the codes but no-one seems to be able to tell me what this means. When the check engine light comes on it starts bogging down and will not accelerate. I pull over, switch the ignition off then on again and it runs perfectly, sometimes for the rest of the day. It always starts with no trouble. Any advice would be most appreciated, Cheers Dave

You may want to try and find a NZ subie board, because they have imported the TT models and might be able to help you out with the codes.

Thanks for the reply, excellent idea. I am trying allsorts of different searches without success, but have not got round to NZ or OZZ yet.
