A-pillar gauges
Anyone know where I can get a A-piller gauge set for a 93 legacy? I would be putting in a oil pressure, and boost gauges into it.
thanks
thanks

I FOUND THE ANSWER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
96-00 Civic 2dr pods work the best.
I resently went down to a local shop and tried out the following:
88-91 CRX; 91-93 Integra; 96-00 Civic
Not to mention I already had a 92-95 Civic gauge pod. The other two fit just the same... They fit well on the front side of the pillar but have about a half inch gap on the back side (windshield side.)
The 96-00 Civic fits with just a few millimeters off the back side of the pillar. Note that some trimming of the winshield side of the pod is required. You need to cut about a half inch off the back of that pod, but noone will see it anyway.
The only thing is I don't know how the angle of the gauges will look. Surely not enough that you wouldn't be able to see it tho. I haven't put the pod on my car yet because I ended up ordering one off of EBay. I'll let you all know tho and take pictures if I can.
Go to a local shop if you can and try it out. I had to take my old pod out just to get a good look. Trenz in Denver, CO has them if anyone is from around there. 39.99

Like I said though, I tried that CRX pod and it looked just like the one I have now. It was still about a cm off. The 96-00 Civic fits so much better. If anyone could post some pictures that would be nice. I will try to post some of mine when I get it put in.

I have the one from the Boostjunkie Legacy. I have yet to install it, but it covers the whole A-Pillar just fine.
Not sure what car it's from. IIRC, Jason bought it, and not Adam. Maybe he knows.

Mine has 2.
You could make your own pod really easily out of fiberglass, just use the 2-pod unit and mold 3 individual pods, then glass them together and bolt it up. Easy.

I hate that gap at the top though. With my current Pod you can see the wires for the gauges through the windshield.QuickDrive wrote:2 pod - Crx one from 91-White-T
Fits great, gap at the top.. no biggie.
I'll try to get some before and after pics and post them.

Thank you, that's what I wanted to hear. I mean the cars are essentially the same so why not use that one? ![Smile :)](./images/smilies/icon_smile.gif)

So how come nobody posted this before? That does look pretty good. I digress.

Does the texturing on the pod match that which is on the pillar?
