One last question before install

That spinning thing that makes all of the cool noises. OE and Aftermarket.

One last question before install

Post by 92BlackBeauty »

Ok here's the last thing I will ever ask about MBC's lol.
Will simply running an MBC and an FCD make a noticeable difference in my car's performance? I keep getting taken by eagle talons with mbc's and its pissing me off
Also, I will be running a full 3" TBE with an Apexi or 5zigen muffler, combined with this mbc and fcd setup.
Surely this will make a noticeable power difference?
Will the MBC and FCD be effective even without the 3" exhaust?
I am running right now a 1 cat 2.25 exhaust with a magnaflow race muffler.
92 SS--up and running finally!!

You might want to do an intercooler also, that will make a difference, and a fuel pump too. The exhaust, MBC, FCD, intercooler, and fuel pump will make a notable difference in performance.

Wtf is a K&N intake system w/ complete airbox? Is that ricer-lingo for a K&N drop in filter?

A) edit your sig. it's annoying. I don't want to know your life story in your signature.
B) yes.

Eagle talons start off with more power then you, and they will continue to make more power then you until you drop a lot of coin. don't hope to beat them in a straight line if they have the same mods you do; but you can take them in the corners (if you have the driving ability).

You shouldnt go too crazy with the mbc if you dont have an intercooler. In fact you shouldnt even be doing an mbc without an intercooler IMO.

I would suggest you do a little research before you even touch your car. What does an mbc do? What does your engine need more of to create more power?
