where should this line go?

Post by subiekid »

you can see the part that i am asking about. it goes from the big round tank into a line, this line feeds into a circle thing that has a small hole on the bottom for a line. its like a T but it is kinda round. my quesiton is where does the small secoitn of the line go? in this pic you cant see the underside of the part. the underside is what has the smaller hole on it.

The thing the line is going to is the emmisions charcoal cannister. I presume the circled object is a one-way check valve, depending on vaccum or boost it would open up, and send air to the charcoal cannister.

Hey how do you like that air/water intercooler?

Question: Do you just have it wired so it runs all the time? I know in Austrailia it is controlled by their ecu I believe, but from people I've talked to here they've connected it to a switch so they can turn it off if they want to.

that is not my car. i just linked that pic beucase i was too lazy to run out and take a pic. i was talking about the line that is going down, not to the canister. its like a T for the pipe going form the intake to the canister.

hey does anyone know where to get one of those water cooled intercoolers. and also the type of waterpump and lines i should use.

i think i could use heater core lines or something. but no idea where to get/mount it under the hood. would i have to take out the ac or something cause that would suck.
