AT- Has anyone played w/ the valves or springs?
to make harder shifts? like a homestyle shift kit.
Goodbye my sweet, parting is such sweet sorrow....1993 BC6 , Saab IC, with xtras Hallman MBC, HKS FCD , wrx exaust.
Do a little searching and you should find a fair bit of info about using various solenoids (sp?) to control the shift point in AT's. There's been a fair bit of talk about it but I'm a manual guy, always will be, so I'm no expert on it. Like I said, others have played with this all.

Werd. It's pretty neato, huh? It's the reason I bought the car I have now. I was just tired of shifting. Although, once it gives you problems, and starts to act up, you really get to thinking about 5sp swaps again, so it's a love-hate relationship.
Ground that sucker, to start with. See the DIY $15 ground mod kit, and make sure you run one to the starter bolt, and to the firewall, which also grounds the AT in one way or another, IIRC. Werkd fer mee purtty wull.
