"power" light

when this light blinks when you first start the car up, is the problem electrical or mechanical?

its not supposed to blink? I had mine converted to a manual but it blinks every time i start up.

It's normal for it to come on.

Kinda like all the other dash lights come on when you start up, including the manual light......

Yeah, but he said it blinks. IIRC, the TCU uses the power light to display error codes by blinking patterns with it.

dzx, remove the TCU, and that won't happen.
