hey guys,
i'm about to purchase a legacy SS with my uncle, and the car has low miles and has a valve lifter ticking. should i worry about tha, or should i just change the oil and use seafoam to clean it. what should i do?

I'd take the valve cover off and check and see if one of the lifters is collapsed. That way you can toss on a new valve cover gasket in the process.

if the miles are low and the price is good, go for it. A lifter is not a big enough problem to stop you from buying a low mile turbo legacy.

Lifters are not difficult to hunt down and fix, i'd say if its a good deal, buy it.
