Just picked myself up an 85 toyota 4x4 for $400 bucks. its got a leak in the clutch system somewhere (its hydraulic). so that made it fun to drive home, that and it started raining buckets when i got there to pick it up. so now the legacy wont have to say hello to the cancer causing salt during the winter. anyways ill hopefully get some pics up soon.

If its a pickup you scored! Those things are worth gold here, expecially the '85s.

Ive been looking for one for quite a while. Cheapest one I can find was $1750.

Ya its a pickup. The people thought the clutch was out, but it was the slave clylinder (it was pissing all over). Im sure if they would have known that 12 bucks would fix it, they wouldve been asking alot more. Oh well their loss my gain.

is it efi? if so, hot damn. you got one hell of a deal if its not completely rusted out which Im sure it has some rust being iowa and all.

No its carb. Which kind of sucks, cause i dont really know a thing about them but i guess ill learn. My plans are to eventually turn it into a mudbogger. I just like getting dirty i guess. But for now its got 31's and a mild lift, so it will stay like that for awhile till i get some stuff done to the legacy.
