Will this work? Is this worth the effort? (1993 5mt na L wagon)

I've tried reading similar posts, but my ignorance is getting in the way of my understanding... if you know what I mean. Please indulge the repeat.

please try to spend a little more time searching.

You'll need to do something similar to what I did to get it to work.

Some people have also noted a whistling noise from using the wrx mufflers.

Yeah, I'd read that. I guess you had some summary comments as to effort invested vs. results returned, and it wasn't looking good, but the thread didn't have much follow up in the weeks/months following, in terms of how you ended up liking the power/sound change... but I have found some of this elsewhere too, so the point is well taken. Just trying to consolidate some quick feedback i guess.

I guess what I should have done is put up a poll asking: Is the effort of putting on a stock WRX exhaust worth the upsides of increased power / better sound.
