looking for a used lift kit or springs fo my 90 or 93 legacy wagons?? i have seen that there 400 new or so but im cheap.

Only lift kit I know of is the scorpion one www.isrperformance.com

Other option is try to buy some used springs/struts from a junkyard for an outback.

will any outback work??? and will i need the whole setup or just the springs??? will i need the out back top mounts or mine????

I don't personally know of anyone that has done this, but I don't see why any outback wouldn't work. You'd need the entire strut/spring setup. most junkyards will sell you the whole thing. Only other thing you'd want to make sure you have clearance for is the brake lines and ifyou got abs the tone sensor wires.
