Turbo and injectors Q's
Hi,I just bought a 94 2.0litre turbo Leagacy 200HP.It's all stock and not very fast really.I'm searching some more detailed info on what the turbo model is and what A/R and trims does it have.It boosts at 10-11 psi.I also want to know what is the standart injectrs airflow? I'd like to tune it to about 300 drivable HP.All advices are welcomed!! 
Is this jdm? cause as far as i know (and i have been wrong) 90-94 was a 2.2 liter turbo with 180hp. and the car is not that slow... (try racing a N/A legacy you will feel good about yourself). i know that JDM had a 2.0 N/A for the 90-94. if you have an EJ22T (2.2 turbo) then you have a great bottom end and 300 is very do-able.

If it's a '94 with a 200 hp 2.0L then it's overseas. It should be the EJ20G which is still closed deck and has a great bottom end plus better heads then we got on the USDM EJ22T.
I think your injectors are 380cc and the turbo is probably a VF8 if the car is a 5mt and VF10 if it's a 4eat.
To achieve 300 hp you'll need a TBE, bigger turbo, bigger injectors, engine management ect..
Go to the guys over at http://www.rslibertyclub.org/forums/index.php
they have the same engine and very similar setups to yours. They will probably be of more help then us.

200hp would indicate to me that it is an automatic vehicle, and as such has the VF-10. To hit your power numbers, you'll want to get a TD05 turbo from a 94-96 WRX. You will also want to put in the injectors from the same. A manual boost controller could be used in conjunction with a fuel cut defender to get you above 12.5 psi. This isn't the best engine management solution, but it is the least expensive.
And as has been mentioned, you will want a full turbo back exhaust as well. The stock downpipe in particular is a huge restriction...
