yes, that's the sound my car is making right now. It seems from what i can hear, that the front left tire is making this annoying flop flop sound. They are practically brand new tires so there are no flat spots. I linked it to the tires cuz when I'm slowing down the time in between the noises slows down as well. It almost sounds at times like something is rubbing... which is odd. The toe was just fixed with a front end alignment, my front left wheel was off. Could it be something with the alignment again, cuz it seems like its pulling to the right still..

Jack up all four wheels, and run the car on jacks and see what is making the noise.....simple.
