Too bad it's the same weekend as the Primitive Rally School.. 
It's good to know that there will be more "skilled" drivers out on the stages soon.. I'm all for getting people more seat time before hitting the stages. Hopefully they won't be training with STi's as in the pic..They can be a handful even with skilled drivers behind the wheel...
Also it makes it harder for the newbies to want to drive a low hp 2wd after getting spoiled like that.. A GTI is *not quite* an STi.

That's my STi in the pic. Although it's a ton of fun I do know that it's quite a bit of car as a first rally car, especially when you're dealing with more than simple cones like in a rally cross setting. 
It's unfortunate about the date conflict. We picked the dates back in January or February sometime and didn't see anything on the western region calendar at that time.
