So i was wondering today....does a hi flow fuel pump on a SS reduce gas mileage?? In theory it should just pump excess fuel back to the tank...but i was thinking if the return line isnt big enough wouldnt it tend to dump more fuel???
And with stock injectors, whats the point of having a hi-flow fuel pump.......

As long as your regulator is capable of flowing the excess fuel back to the tank, everything will be fine.
You want a higher volume pump because at higher boost levels, fuel consumption will be greater and if the volume of fuel is not there, one of the cylinders could be starved.
