Did you know that you can go full boost in Cruise control. If say you set cruise control to like 65 and you start going up hill, the cruise control will notice this and go full boost quickly to bring you up to your desired speed.
Just reminescing to when I was able to drive my Legacy, that's all.

cruise control doesn't actuate boost.
cruise control gets more aggressive on the throttle when you're further from your target speed; so when you start going uphill, it opens the throttle more and more to try and get you to target speed.
the load placed on the engine (by going uphill) is what causes the turbo to build boost.

Right, that's what I was saying, maybe not clearly tho. I was surprised when fullboost was achieved because acceleration was being controlled by cruise control, tho the load on the engine makes boost not the cruise control itself. It was just a pleasent surprise.

With the 16G, when I had cruise control, it would never go on-boost. It was great.
