Why did God create mice?

Post by ferrari494 »

A fucking mouse went and made a damn nest inside my engine bay last night, and decided to be smart and chew through two of my ignition wires!!!! Then, the bastard ripped off some insulation from my hood(that heat shield stuff) and used it for his nest.

Eh, only set me back $30 for the new wires, but still....

That's funny, I had a mouse problem today, too! Actually, a customer had the problem, I just had to fix it. I install Satellite dishes(Dish Network and DirecTv) and a customer complained of a problem with some channels being unavailable. After checking connections and swapping the Multiswitch with a new one, I took the plastic covers off the LNB and discovered a momma mouse and two babies nested inside! They chewed through the cables inside! Easy enough to fix, but I made the customer hose off the plastics 'cuz they stunk so much! In case you're wondering how mice made it up to the dish, it was only three feet off the ground on a tripod setup on the edge of some woods.

I'm sorry for your loss of insulation and wires. Damn rodents.

HA!!!

I just got rid of a frickin racoon living in my attic! Sounded like people walking around on my roof at night. Luckily a lady I do work for owns a critter capturing service and that sucker got trapped FREE O' CHARGE!

It's just erie knowing something else lives in your house besides you. Some bugs I can handle if they find their way in but then I call Orkin and that takes care of them.

I was a CATV tech for 8 years and I used to hate getting in the pedastals (u.g. cable). They either would be full of bees, wasps, hornets, spiders, mice or snakes.

I used to build big C-band dishes, anywhere from 3.8 meter to 12.8 meter, and maintane them for my headend and I was always having to climb up in the dishes and spray for wasps. They'd come swarming out too and I'd have nowhere to go. I started putting nylon screen over the feed horn but they'd still get in there. Frickin' insects.

Damn Matt that sucks!!

I hate bugs with a passion! I keep my bug zapper on 24/7 to kill them beeotches. Nothing like the sound of a bug frying!! I love it when those big suckers just sit in there and roast..sometimes catch fire too!

Yall can say I'm gross or whatever but you would be lying to yourself.

I wish I had a Racoon zapper. Maybe I could climb in the attic and taze it with my tazer gun. Yup...just like the cops have!

my friend found a long dead mouse in the intake manifold of a junkyard engine a while back. I guess they love little tunnel type things.
