How would I disable the hydraulics for the 4x4 heigth feature on a '94 Legacy Hatchback?

Pull the fuse under the hood for the compressor? I don't think this is a good idea, but if you're doing it because one or more of the struts/airbags are deflated, you should realistically consider replacing all four with the non-pneumatic suspension from another similar model.
