Turn signal mod
How hard would it be for me to drill a hole and wire in the side blinkers like the 92-94's have? (I have a 91) Would it be impossible, or would it be feasible?

As long as you have the plastic trim pieces and the lights, it is very do-able. Just get everything from a donor car, and take a picture of the cut in the fender and match accordingly.
Yes I have too many Subarus
No you can't have one

I did this to both my old 91's, its not hard, but you will have to drill out the hole behind the trim piece, as its too small to fit the light into. If you can take the markers and trim piece out of the donor without breaking the tabs(nearly impossible) you can use the existing mounting holes. If not you can use some double sided tape. Make sure you cut the wires behind the connector and take it with you. After that you can wire them into the parking lights, or into the signals if you want them to signal.

Well, the thing that bothers me about my car is that there's virtually no way to see which way I'm turning from the side, so I've been trying to figure out ways to make some sort of marker for the side that people can see.vrg3 wrote:Or both, if you want them to do both!

Yeah, that's smart. I highly recommend doing what you're planning. Put W5W bulbs (also called 2825) in for a bit more output than the stock 194 bulbs too.
If you wire the bulbs across both the turn signal circuit and parking light circuit (you can find the details in old posts I've made about this), then they'll act as both parking lights and turn signals. That'll make your car more visible from the side when you're not using your turn signal, too.
