subaru legacy '98 problem

Post by quospike »

hello everyone!
hope you can help me on my problem in my subaru legacy 1998 model 2.2L, im having a problem when the engine get colds its start but engine died after starting, specially during the morning. There are no problem on the starter coz it start but the RPM is higher it goes up to 2500 i think this is normal but when the rpm is going down which on the state of stabling the engine it suddenly dies.but when the car is already running at least 3km or when the engine is hot there are no problem at all starting the engine and it only go to 1500rpm and goes down to 1000rpm and its all ok.
im having this problem only when the engine is getting cold, it start then suddenly died after going to 1000rpm...

hope you can help me. thanks in advance!
