Finally

Post by Hobbes95 »

Yeah! i finally got some exhaust :-D I've had borla headers on my car for awhile, but this evening i bought my friends old exhaust. It has a magnaflow muffler and it sounds a lot better than stock. The only problem is, his car was a 98 and mine was a 97, so where it attached, behind my 2 stock cats, there was anothr cat! so now i am running around with 3 cats on my car. O well, i'll have to get rid of one or two or three of them sometime. It still sounds a lot better, and it was a good price

I just swapped my 3" exhaust over to my '93. The cars feels a lot smoother now and less constriction sure seems to help the engine run better. My guess is that having the gases move freely through the engine relieves engine stress and turbo stress perhaps.
