So those of you who followed this in the pictures/video forum (which my post still lacks, sorry. working on it)
Lessee, I put a full tank of gas in the leg on 10/9 (Wednesday)
Drove 150 miles, and filled up again today (8.19 gallons)
My mileage has gone from about 22 to roughly 18. but I've definitely driven the engine hard in the last week. I'm sure if I were light footed and patient I could get back in the twenties.
Running the EJ22T as NA definitely sucks power wise, I can feel the difference from takeoff to all the way through fifth gear. It takes forever to get to 100MPH.
I go to Master Muffler/Brake on Thursday at 8AM to get him to eyeball the underside of the car and have a custom exhaust built. My goal is functionality.
As soon as I can get an exhaust in, I hope I can source the funds for an Autronic ECU. I may have to take out a loan on the title and pay it back. Could be a good credit builder.
