Just wanted to let you all know that I have obtained a 3.90 LSD for my wagon. $250 CAD at Lachute Subaru. http://www.lachutesubaru.com/
The LSD is sitting in a box in the garage. Sometime before winter my mechanically inclined friend and I will do the install. Although I do not yet have a digital camera, I hope to get some photos of the job to post up here.

$250 cash. Used. He had it sitting in a box. They took it off one car some time ago and were going to install it on another and never did. He can find more but he said that he will not sell them at that price. I was very lucky because the one I got had been lying around and he wanted to get rid of it. That dealer is quite involved in performance parts and rally racing.
