My new condo

Well I bought this place around 4-5 months ago. It was in move in condition but since I have OCD I descided to renovate the whole place. I'm living with my parents right now so I can afford to tear the place apart. It has been a slow process as I work 60+ hours a week and thats when I'm in town and not in Detroit. I only get to work on it some weeknights and some weekends. I'm working on the upstairs at the moment. I'm redoing the master bath and both bedrooms upstairs. Then I just plan to paint the downstairs and get rid of those nasty colors and put it hardwoods. I started with the garage first of course

lol, I wish I had more b4 photos of the garage. boy was it disgusting. the old door and opener were still working but I wanted all new stuff. I just spent the whole weekend painting one room. damn I am too anal retentive with this crap. I'm still not done either. talk about your brain doing some funny stuff. I am so exhausted that the paint which is colored alot like coffee milk was actually starting to smell like coffee milk.

Have you done anything to the garage floor yet? BEHR makes some sick garage floor paint.

yeah, I plan on doing the epoxy floor paint when I'm done with everything else. I've been using the garage for storage of raw materials while I work on the rest of the place. I'm going to put in a bunch of storage cabinets and stuff when I'm all done with the rest of the condo. Should be quite the bachelor pad when I'm done
