Odd lurching....

Hello all,

Got to shake the dust off my account here as most my time has been spent on the impreza as of late.

Anywho I have a 92' SS Upgraded to boost etc. I have had it about 8 months and have enjoyed it. As of late though it started to feel a little gutless,,,now it is starting to lurch when i take off in any gear. Its hard to explain but the car surges then lets off surges lets off and jerks around....Any ideas????

I was pondering a fuel filter or a TPS any ideas??

my car had this problem when my main wiring (running down over the top of the tranny) started to rub and short. but it took my 3 months of working on it EVERYDAY to figure that out.

You must have an automatic then?? i have a 5 speed...theres really nothing that could cause that while shorting....the neutral switch??

Any other ideas?
