The piping was a real pain in the ass. First version was made from PVC connections (not recomended). Finally got the piece fabed up at a muffler shop and put it all in last night. Only problem is it sounded like total crap. Buzzing and vibrating. The IC isn't touching the firewall so I'm not sure where the noise is coming from.

Also wanted to know if anyone here knows if the bypass valve location(see pic) is causing problems. Seems like it sould work there?
Any advise would be much apreciated I will give it another go tomorow on the install.I would recomend not cutting the original plastic pipe. I can put mine back to stock in about 10 minutes now!

PS I know a couple clamps are off and the small hose on the BPV is not connected. I started to take everything apart and then remembered to take a pic.

The Diverter valve should be ok there but you might want to move it closer towards the i/c. Like closer to the fabbed pipe.

Turn your coolant tank asap. It's only a matter of time until you break the coolant tank nipples. Look for a thread by Vikash, "read before turning your coolant tank sideways". It's in the engine forum. Read down through it and I explain a very easy fix for turning it.

thanks mat.
I did move the coolant tank in the beggining and broke the bottom niple off moving it. dohh!!. Now both niples are copper fittings so they won't break. They are screwed in and apoxied.

Do you know how you tell of there are leaks in the system after it is all hooked up?
