Hi everyone, I was formerly ej2294legacy but as you can tell I bought an SS model and I wonder why i ever drove anything else?? Aside from toyota(i am a solid axle 80's yota man 
) subaru is the best car in the world.My old 94 wagon started a rod knock and it went to the scrap yard, since then i have been tuning and racing 80-91 toyota corollas with 4A family engines.
Last wednesday I was driving through a winding road I know very well and was apexing a right hand corner in MY lane when the sun shined through a gap in some trees in front of me. I drop my visor and my vision clears just in time to see a TRUCK, full size chevrolet coming right at me in MY lane.
Needless to say i didn't get out of the way in time and we hit HEAD ON, my car glanced off the front of the truck and my seat belt kept my teeth in my head so i could properly countersteer the huge slide that sent me arcing across the head on lane and into a vally that was about 200 feet deep.
I rode the rodeo strait to the bottom and should have been killed or injured or sore. I climbed the hill and made sure the other driver was ok and flagged down a car to call the athourities. needless to say my brothers company car is destroyed and all but hey, no one was hurt.
To the point, I am glad to be back! You are the most helpful, and intellegent group of car guys on the internet that I have found. Thanks for the past and futer help, I hope to post some vids of this winter wonderland soon
