Boggin?? or missfire.. well heres the story!!

Post by hack0r »

I have had problems with like slight missfire.. so i did alot of work.. replacing stuff.. about 8months ago.. i replaced my spark plugs.. thinking about it now it been gettin alot worse since then..

Any how here in New Zealand we have a auto store called repco!!
At the stage of buying the plugs i didnt have a subaru service manual (i do now:P) any how to cut a long storie short.. under boost i have had bad missfires and boggin .. soo i havent had a lot of power.. it probery has affected the life of my engine.. note the plugs they gave me were gapped @ 1.1mm and were double platinum Champion..rc8pyp4

Any how i have been looking thro my manual this morning trying to work this problem out coz i have a LARGE vf22 on my car now.. and i want max speed.. :)

I have a very good memory with random numbers.. and i noticed that the ngk plug on my manual.. and im sure they game me the non turbo plug!! i clearly expressed TURBO!! Soo i when on the net and just cross ref'd the one i have got.. (box in front of me) and THERE THE NON TURBO ONES!! turbo ment to be gapped at .7-.8!!!!!!

Im just sitting here and i cant believe it!!! i have spent soo much time and money trying to work out this problem.. i finish work today at 12!! and i will be goin to repco to fix this.. they better give me a good discount on the new ones if not for free!!!

Anyhow will post how i get on!! but im sooo angry!!
