UMmmm what does it take to be alot faster than a wrx or sti besides money of course? Is the Legacy not capable of that? And what about liberty stuff? Good or bad? So a built motor VF22 and lots of boost would do the trick right. And what do you mean by modded? Intake, Exhaust, etc...
