tranny cooler

Post by 12340987 »

Are clogs ever a concern for the tranny cooler? Anyone ever taken one apart?
I guess since I have a 96 legacy, I don't have to worry about the auxilliary tranny filter, but why does do the lines dissapear under the battery like in the photo? I sense something is wrong with my tranny, but it's too cold to work on it.

They go down and probably hook up to the cooler lines at the radiator.....it's just how they were plumbed up.
