10" at intake manifold
my ej22t is only pulling 10" at the intake. I went through and replaced every bit of vacuum hose on the engine and I still get 10". Does anyone have an idea of whats going on.

Is it idling roughly? It's hard for me to imagine an engine idling smoothly and pulling only 10 inHg of vacuum. If it's not idling right, the cause could be something else, and the low vacuum could be a symptom of that.

Oh, hm. It actually sounds like you're just getting too much air past the throttle body.
Maybe the throttle stop screw is misadjusted, or a throttle cable is misadjusted. Try unclipping both throttle cables and see if the problem goes away. If not, you may have to swap to a known-good throttle body or try monkeying with the throttle stop screw.

That damn screw can really screw you.....I know....I chased a high idle problem for weeks until I found that damn thing.
Unless you have a select monitor or laptop to use vikash's scan tool, my suggestion to you is to screw the fucker all the way down. If it doesn't idle well enough, back it off slightly.
If you have a laptop, keep screwing the screw down until the IAC valve duty % is within the specified range: 25-40%
You can find more ranges here

What did your vaccuum read before at idle? Has it ever read more than 10 in Hg?
Or is your gauge calibrated in some other units?
