i hate my cars. flex plate just broke completely on wagon.

Yesterday I startd the teardown of my ss sedan to replace the tranny, it is up on jack stands and the tranny is ready to pull out it has the drive shaft disconnected, torque converter bolts out, starter out, and only two engine studs with nuts and the lower support holding the tranny in.

today, I get ready to pull out of work in my Touring wagon, and rattle rattle, buzz, vibrate, i turn down the street. Just about get to the first stoplight and it lets go. For the last few months the car has been making noises like a flexxplate bracked.....WELL, the flexplate finally gave way.

This sucks. I have to now get my Honda out of storage to drive. I have to order parts for the sedan before it gets put back together, and now i have to orde a flexplate too. shit looks like i am working on cars for the next few weekends.

LOL!! sorry man. i hear you on the flexplate thing. Mine breaking is what started my whole turbo engine swap. when mine broke, it sheered off right around that center disk that goes on top...sux
