Check some of these vids out

They're pretty sweet, especially the GA-5A Turboshaft engine

That's some amazing stuff. I'd put a firewall or something on that turbine tug.
The model jets are the best, he said 186 mph!

I'm an avid RC airplane guy and the speed record holders are the guys that do the dynamic soaring, they hit 210-220, without power  .

Hey Lee, I'm an RC guy too, the sound those DS gliders make is almost scary.

On topic, that guys stuff is way cool, he is the man.

*Hijack* Cool, another RC'er. What areas are you active? I did a few years of gas high and low wings, aero and scale before going electric though I have always been in the glider realm, particularly open class and hlg/dlg. For those wondering what we're talking about - video, the sound isn't the best but you get the idea.

I want to put on of those turbines on the back of a RC semi cab..

Just like at the speedway. Wait..thats a jet engine.

Maybe I will just put a jet engine on my wheelchair.

TIMMY! (zoom)

Wheelchairs should come standard with jet engines, I think.

Anyway, this is some cool stuff, wish I had enough free time and resources to build some gas turbines :)

I'll raise you one jet luge, courtesy of my friend (and fellow crazy gravity sport man) Bob Swartz

That beer you are drinking cost more than my car
